Sindhutai Guidance for Women Entrepreneurs in February Renowned senior social worker Sindhutai Sapkal presided over the event, where she guided women on how to face challenges in life with courage and resilience. A total of 120 self-help groups (SHGs) from Pune city were brought together to receive training on starting and managing businesses, choosing the right type of business, and finding market opportunities. Nearly 1,500 to 2,000 women attended the event. To encourage women’s talents, various activities were organized, including traditional attire competitions, 'Savatti Motha' and 'Bora Ukhana' contests, game shows, and the traditional Haldi-Kunku ceremony. Women excelling in different fields of social work were honored at the event. The program concluded with light refreshments. Many self-help groups united five women each to establish small businesses, leading to the growth of micro-industries. These ventures included the production of cloth bags, paper bags, food items, papads, chutneys, purses, quilts, and other homemade products. The women promoted their products by personally reaching out to the market to gain recognition.

Kranti Jyoti Mahila Vikas Sanstha organized a free eye check-up camp specifically for school children. During this camp, students from M.N.P.A. schools underwent eye examinations. Many students were informed about vision issues, and some were diagnosed with dry eye problems. Necessary spectacle prescriptions and eye drops were provided as required. Around 250 students successfully underwent eye check-ups at the Bal Vikas Mandir School.

A health awareness program was organized for women in the red-light area. The event featured dietitian Aviti Damle, who guided the attendees on how to protect themselves from severe diseases like AIDS, what precautions to take, and the importance of a balanced diet. Women were provided with a weekly diet plan, which they promised to follow. The event saw the participation of around 95 to 100 women, including Devadasi women and transgender individuals. Additionally, a Haldi-Kumkum ceremony was organized to promote social inclusion and ensure equal recognition for Devadasi women in society.

November A special cultural program was organized to provide a platform for the talents of children from the red-light area. Since many of these children do not know their birthdate, their birthday was celebrated on Children's Day. A magic show was arranged for their entertainment, and they enjoyed a delicious treat of cake, pav bhaji, and gulab jamun. The joy of the children doubled upon receiving gifts. Around 60 to 70 children participated in the event. In an effort to bring happiness to these underprivileged children, Kranti Jyoti Mahila Vikas Sanstha enthusiastically celebrated the birthdays of Devadasi children on Children's Day.

Banner of Honor - March 15, 2022 On the occasion of World Women's Day, KrantiJyoti Mahila Vikas Sanstha organized a special event "Sanman Stri Shakticha" (Honor of Women Power). Additionally, as a tribute to Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar, a musical event titled "Lataji Ki Yaad Mein" was presented by Leena Solapure and Sanjay Maral’s "Kalachi Musical Shows". The event commenced with a Ganesh Vandana performed by children from Aniket Residential Rehabilitation Center for the Mentally Challenged. KrantiJyoti Mahila Vikas Sanstha organized a summer camp specifically for children aged 6 to 12 years. Around 90 to 95 children from different backgrounds participated in this camp. The camp included activities such as exercise, meditation, Surya Namaskar, short stage performances, daring tasks, competitions, etiquette training, and good manners. The camp was organized with the vision of encouraging and supporting the future generation. Environmental awareness lessons were also included as part of the summer camp.

Grand Women's Empowerment Rally on International Women's Day A magnificent rally titled "Rafi Stree Shaktidhi" was organized in celebration of International Women's Day in March. The Stree Shakti Awards were presented to Matrupathi Desai, Sunita Nimbalkar, Jyoti Gorane, President’s Award recipient Shisha Davre, and India’s first female road roller driver Yamuna Pawar. The rally commenced from the historic Sarasbaug, drawing attention from various media houses, including electronic media. Women participated in the rally in various costumes and unique disguises. For the first time in history, women took on the role of drivers for road rollers, horse carriages (tangas), tractors, school vans, ambulances, bullets, jeeps, and taxis. Event: Indian Attire – The Biggest Makeup Artist Competition For the first time in the world, a unique makeup competition was organized inside a moving metro at Vashi. This event primarily focused on giving opportunities to emerging makeup artists. Participants showcased their skills by presenting their models in traditional Indian attire and walking through the metro, creating a unique platform for their talent. This one-of-a-kind competition aimed to provide a stage for new makeup artists, helping them gain recognition and employment opportunities. A total of 100 makeup artists participated in the event, and those who performed exceptionally well were honored with awards. The event was graced by the presence of Meghraj Bhosale, Chairman of the Film Corporation.

On the occasion of Christmas, all the team of Kranti Jyoti Women's Development Sansthan were present in distributing special hats, blankets, gifts and food to the children of tribal areas. "A Helping Hand... For the Development of the Next Generation" KrantiJyoti Mahila Vikas Sanstha organized a bicycle distribution initiative for students from tribal areas under the motto "A Helping Hand... For the Development of the Next Generation." As part of this initiative, old bicycles were collected, repaired, and distributed to children whose schools are far from their homes. The distribution took place on the occasion of Republic Day (January 26) to support these students in their education.

Savik Mahila: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs To help women establish themselves in the business world and encourage new entrepreneurs, a Business Promotion Meet was organized. Around 80 to 85 women entrepreneurs participated in this event. During the meet, they had the opportunity to showcase their business promotion videos and received training on how to promote their business effectively in the digital era.
